We are a diverse group united by a shared passion for building great software through great teams. From seasoned engineers to certified coaches, our diverse experiences brings unique perspectives together.

It all began in 2023 with our founder Erinn Mahoney. Working as an Agile Transformation leader and Coach she struggled to find a central place that she could find resources for her teams that was educational and honest. Her philosophy with Agile is most of it is shit because the implementation of Agile is shit and nobody gives a shit how good your code is if nobody uses it. This platform aims to be a resources hub for teams looking for agile tools as well as talk and reviews about current tech and states of the industry.
