Hi, I'm Erinn.

I started Scrumming in 2023. I was working as an agile transformation leader and coach and kept on looking for a place that combined both educational resources and honest testimonies about how things actually go, in the real world. I couldn't find it, so I started writing it down. I found that writing about my experiences with tech, delivery, emerging technologies, and about the trials and tribulations of just building things helped me focus more and work quicker.

My view on Agile is simple: most of it is shit because most implementations of it are shit.

These days I work with startups to help design build processes that work in this quickly evolving work of AI. While my main expertise is in process transformation and product lifecycles, my most recent projects involve creating a brand identity using AI and integrating processes with appropriate AI tools.
